A Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a degree rewarded to students who complete an undergraduate program that typically lasts four years. This type of degree can be focused on the sciences, liberal arts, or a mixture of the two. I studied the Bachelor of Arts in Humanities at the University of Malawi. When I set my mind on studying the Arts, no one was convinced that my idea would be good career wise. It was even worse when those people whose opinions I held highly did not seem to like my choice.
